About Aspire Security Ltd

Aspire Security Ltd is, in the owner's words, a security company based around London and the M25 providing manned guarding and K9 security to live and vacant sites. The company was incorporated in March 2014 as Aspire Security K9 Limited and renamed in 2018. Every dog unit is in-house. It supplies officers and handlers as a labour provider, which is why there are no client names, logos, or testimonials anywhere on this site.

Two facts about the name

2014The company was incorporated on 20 March 2014 as Aspire Security K9 Limited.
2018It was renamed in 2018. Those are the two facts on the public record, and the record, including the former name, is at Companies House.
TodayWhat the company supplies today is simpler to state. The dog section is the lead offer: approximately 15 to 20 dog-and-handler teams, general-purpose dogs, handlers certified NASDU Level 2 GP, dog units operated to BS 8517, and the company is a NASDU Associate member. Alongside it, the same company supplies SIA Door Supervisor licensed officers, mobile patrols, and key holding and alarm response, and there is a control room staffed 24 hours a day, so a client with a live site by day and an empty one by night deals with one company.

In-house, not subcontracted

Every handler and dog on an Aspire job is Aspire's own. No units are subcontracted in when the diary is full, and Aspire does not supply its dogs and handlers to other security companies. The same discipline applies to coverage: the home patch is South London and anywhere inside the M25, reach extends to around Luton for the right contract, and Aspire does not currently operate outside the South East. An enquiry for a site outside that area can be considered case by case, depending on availability and operational feasibility; Aspire does not subcontract. The boundary is drawn on areas we cover.

The warehouse case study is Aspire's own account: the handler, the dog, and the control room in it are all Aspire's, not a subcontractor's.

What a labour provider is, and what it means for you

Aspire supplies people to work on your site: SIA Door Supervisor licensed officers, and handlers with their dogs. They work under your site rules and to the hours you set. Aspire is responsible for their licensing and vetting: officers hold SIA Door Supervisor licences that you can check on the SIA register, and a full 5-year work and background check is carried out. Aspire does not subcontract.

The model also decides what this website does not show. The officers and handlers on a site are supplied to a client, and their work there is the client's business. So Aspire does not publish who it works for and does not run testimonials. The proof it can publish is an incident: a client-anonymous account in which a dog located a trespasser hiding in an industrial waste bin, where in the client's words it is highly unlikely that a lone security officer would have located him.

Why clients choose a smaller firm

Good client communication and response time.

The differentiator, in the owner's words, is good client communication and response time. The operation is built around that rather than around scale: a control room staffed 24 hours a day, and call-out to a site is approximately one hour. Pricing is competitive and mid-market, quoted per job from the site, the hours, and the reason for deployment, with the minimum job discussed per contract.

The stated goal of the business is positive awareness of the company within the industry, which is a different ambition from being the biggest name in it. Aspire describes its people as a strong, reliable team. There is no team page and no headcount on this site; the team is described in the company's own words and nothing more.
